We found in the after-sales mail that many customers have no problems with their toys, but there are problems with accessories, such as charging cables, silicone rings, etc. However, the charging cables of some toys cannot be replaced. If you belong to this kind of situation, please provide us with your order number, and we will give you a brand-new product. This after-sale only serves buyers who purchased on this website.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns which include but are not limited to the following:

Buyer's Remorse

Wrong Model, Features, Colors, Etc.

Sizing Concerns (Too Small or Too Large)

We are unable to replace toys that are lost, stolen, or damaged through negligence after receipt.

We are unable to permit returns or exchanges of any accessories and or merchandise.

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How can I request a refund?

Email  webservice@adorime.com for a Refund Request Form. Support will provide further instructions after verifying a customer’s product eligibility.

What products are eligible for a refund?

Only Adorime brand stimulators purchased directly from our website are eligible for a refund. Third-Party products are not eligible.

How many times can I return a product?

Customers are allowed 1 return every quarter. Multiple product returns will not be approved unless a bundle was purchased.

What if I purchased my Adorime product from another store?

Only products purchased directly from the Adorime website are eligible for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

The Adorime mailbox is checked every Friday, excluding holidays. Any returns received will be processed the following week. Dependent on the Customer’s bank, funds will be returned within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at  webservice@adorime.com

Warranty

We believe in our products. We are confident that your adult toys will work because we've put in the time and effort testing each model rigorously before it's put into production. So with confidence, we offer you a 1-year warranty from date of purchase.

Additionally, please send an email to webservice@adorime.com with your full name, order number, shipping address, and also a short video of the malfunction in order to qualify for a warranty replacement. Please note that the warranty does NOT cover water damage to items.
